Sections 12 and 13

Section 12: Ecological information -- includes the toxicity of the chemical to the environment and to specific species, the persistence and degradability of the chemical in the environment, the bioaccumulative potential, and the mobility of the chemical in the soil.
Section 13: Disposal considerations -- includes the proper disposal methods for the specific chemical.
Note that agencies other than OSHA regulate the information in these sections; OSHA does not have the responsibility for enforcing these sections.
