Issues may arise in day-to-day vendor relationships. Laboratory management must recognize and take immediate action, especially when a nonconforming event occurs. This section will present three different laboratory case presentations, each documented in the referenced journal citations.
For each study, the following will be presented:
- An overview
- Vendor relationship issue
- Resolution of the issue
- How could the issue have been prevented/what was learned
- Name of the journal article or study and its citation
