Appearance

  • Powdery substance felt through or appearing on the package.
  • Oily stains, discolorations or odor.
  • Lopsided or uneven envelope.
  • Excessive packaging material such as masking tape, string, etc.
Other Suspicious Signs
  • Excessive weight.
  • Ticking sound.
  • Protruding wires or aluminum foil.
