Post Exposure Follow-Up:

  • The source individual's blood will be tested as soon as feasible and after consent is obtained to determine HBV, HCV and HIV infectivity.
  • You will be tested for HBV, HCV and HIV, and given medical follow-up/counseling about potential infectivity.
  • Results of the source individual's testing will be made available to you.
