While various methods are discussed, this course's primary focus is immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) testing for HER2. All recommendations are based on the current 2013 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO)–College of American Pathologists (CAP) HER2 Test Guideline Recommendations.
