Difference Between Eosinophilic Granules and Neutrophilic Granules

In contrast to the pencil-stippled effect of neutrophilic granules, seen in the cell indicated by the blue arrow, eosinophilic granules are somewhat refractile and appear to be definite globes or spheres as seen in the cell indicated by the red arrow.
