If the monitoring results are below the action level of 0.5 ppm, no additional monitoring is required unless there is a change in production, equipment, process, personnel, or control measures which may result in new or additional exposure to formaldehyde.
Although not required if monitoring results are acceptable, some laboratories choose to monitor annually as a good safety practice.
