Failing to Report a Violation

Helping another person commit any of these violations of Board rules is also a violation, with substantial penalties.

If you know about a violation, you must report it to the appropriate authorities, perhaps your supervisor or lab director, or the Board itself. If you know about a violation and don't report it, you may be subject to disciplinary action as well.
The Department of Health website has instructions for filing a complaint against any health care professionals. Complaints can be filed anonymously, however the department may not be able to investigate properly without additional information from the person filing the complaint.
