It is Human Resources intention to conduct exit interviews with each employee who voluntarily resigns. The departing employee can be an excellent source of upward communication. The exit interview will be used as a positive means to identify any weaknesses which can be corrected by sound mangement practices.
Human Resources is notified of an employee's resignation. We then contact the employee individually to set up a time and date for the employee's exit interview. An employee giving notice should be scheduled for an exit interview during their last week of employment with Spectrum Laboratory Network.
