A 55-year-old male visited his primary care doctor for complaints of fatigue and flu-like symptoms but no respiratory symptoms. Upon presentation, he also had a fever of 100.2° F. His history included Type 2 diabetes, which was well managed. He was otherwise healthy and relatively active. He returned two weeks ago from a camping trip in Maine.
