Clonal Monocytosis

Monocytosis can be seen in many different malignancies and is usually persistent, depending on the progression of the disease or treatments. These can include both acute and chronic neoplasms, such as:
Acute
  • Acute myelomonocytic or monocytic leukemias
  • Dendritic cell leukemia
Chronic
  • Various myeloid neoplasms, including Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia, myeloid leukemias with PDGFRA, PDGFRB, FGFRI, or PCM10JAK fusions, and several others.
  • Myeloproliferative neoplasms with monocytosis such as Essential Thrombocythemia, Polycythemia Vera, and Primary Fibrosis.
  • B and T cell malignancies
  • Solid tumors
