As noted in the previous results. The only notable abnormal CBC results were an absolute monocytosis in both the first and second CBC and a slightly elevated neutrophil count in the second CBC. A blood smear was evaluated to confirm the WBC counts and differential regarding the high monocyte count. The image to the right depicts one of the many monocytes seen in the smears, and the morphology is normal.
