Licensed clinical laboratory personnel must follow all laws and rules of the Board and all orders relating to disciplinary action. They must also be truthful and helpful in the event of an investigation.
The following are violations of Board rules:
- Violating a previous Board order relating to disciplinary action.
- Misrepresenting or hiding facts during licensing, renewal, or disciplinary procedures.
- Interfering with investigations into disciplinary violations.
