Failing to Report a Violation

Helping another person commit any of these violations of Board rules is also a violation, with substantial penalties.

If you know about a violation, you must report it to the appropriate authorities, perhaps your supervisor, lab director, or the Board. If you know about a violation and don't report it, you may also be subject to disciplinary action.
The Department of Health website has instructions for filing a complaint against any healthcare professionals. Complaints can be filed anonymously. However, the department may only be able to investigate appropriately with additional information from the person filing the complaint.
