Case Study 2: Treating the Panel Cells

Since the phenotypically similar panel cells demonstrated identical reactivity to the initial panel, the reference laboratory decided to treat the phenoytpically similar cells with papain and 0.2M DTT to observe how the antigen(s) responsible responded to the treatments.
