Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may contact MediaLab at billing@medialab.com for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

MediaLab may, at its sole discretion, deny your request for a refund should it determine that you have made "significant use" of the program. Significant use includes completing two or more CE courses and / or three or more exam review sessions, or completing a course that was purchased separately (not part of a multi-course subscription to MediaLab).

Upon cancellation of your order, MediaLab may, at its sole discretion, revoke the continuing education credits you completed during the 30-day period.
