Lane 2: Control AF
Lanes 3 and 4 (patient 1): Homozygous sickle cell disease (Hb SS) Hb S is 100%
Lanes 5 and 6 (patient 2): Heterozygous sickle cell trait (Hb SA)
Lanes 7 and 8 (patient 3): Double heterozygous Hb SC disease (Hb SC)
Lanes 9 and 10 (patient 4): Sickle cell hemoglobin with hereditary persistence of fetal hemoglobin.
