Rh Case Study, Further Testing

Based on the positive antibody screen results, the patient's sample was tested against a commercially prepared panel of group O red cells. Indirect antiglobulin testing was performed in the tube using LISS enhancement media. The following antigram shows results obtained when this testing was performed. Using crossout or process of elimination techniques, interpret the most probable alloantibody demonstrated.
